Affirmations are an intentional form of self-talk aimed at instilling positive messages. They are typically one or two sentence positive statements spoken or read with repetition. Positive thinking a simple way to shift your focus and self talk toward more empowering communication. By saying, thinking, or reading positive statements you are emphasizing the truths that you want to live by. The more you can feel the reality of your new thoughts in an authentic way the greater their power. Life is a process, not a destination.
