Several weeks ago I was introduced to one of the most FREEING activities I have ever experienced. TAPPING! Tapping has helped to free my mind, keeping me open to receiving and manifesting more blessings in my life. I feel more relaxed and focused when I tap. Talk about stress free! WOW!!!!! Emotional Freedom Techniques address the feelings, especially the negative feelings, about issues in your life, for example: fears, phobias, sadness, anger or just about anything that interrupts the smooth and peaceful flow of your life. EFT therapy is founded upon the belief that negative emotions resulting from conflicts throughout your lifetime have caused a disruption in the flow of your body’s energy. Physical and emotional health is about balance and harmony. An out of balance energy system stresses the body. What causes stress? The answer is really quite simple. Negative emotions, feelings, thoughts, ideas and beliefs cause stress. Every thought and emotion has a physiologic response. You may not have heard of EFT, and it looks kinda weird. The good news is... it works! It requires a simple tapping with your fingertips on certain key power points on the body to neutralize negative emotions.
